PROCEDURES TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT TO AVOID DELAYS

This serves as a reminder that in order to avoid delays in the publication (and consequently the rapid conclusion of processes), it is important that when sending instructions, the data contained therein is in accordance with the data registered in the IPI database, especially with regard to the names and addresses of the applicants. This is because the IPI insists that all details match, otherwise the cases will remain pending. The same applies to the data contained in the powers of attorney. They must be in accordance with the data held by the IPI, otherwise the cases will remain pending once again.
